Let’s be honest, we all need a little nudge sometimes—especially when it comes to appointments. Inside Microsoft Bookings, you can set up email reminders that go out to your clients and team members, exactly when you want them. You know, at the right time.

Whether you want to remind them a day before, an hour before, or even follow up a week after the appointment, the choice is yours. You can customise these emails to include any information you want want them to have seen or read before your appointment - like a link to a welcome video or a checklist to prepare for the meeting. It’s a simple way to keep everyone on track without adding more to your plate.

Automated Follow Up Emails
